WHO IS ELIGIBLE?
- Boys and Girls ages 4 through 18* (children born before 8/1/2007)
- If your child registered and played with Fusion for the Fall 2011 season, that registration covers the Spring 2012 season. You DO NOT need to register again.
*U16-U19 girls age groups are currently closed. Contact the Fusion office via email for more information.
WHEN IS REGISTRATION OPEN?
- December 1, 2011 through February 29, 2012
- Registrations received from March 1 through March 31, 2012 will be subject to a $25.00 late fee.
WHAT ARE THE COSTS?
- Recreational Soccer Players $75 (uniform included)
U5 (Under 5) through U10 (Under 10) age groups offered.

For team formation, U7 & U8 players are combined, and U9 & U10 players are combined.
U5, U6, and U9/U10 rec. teams are co-ed. U7/U8 rec. teams are split by gender.
- Travel Soccer Players U9-U12 $95.00 (additional uniform charge)
- Travel Soccer Players U13 and up $105.00 (additional uniform charge)
Placement on a travel team is subject to an assessment of the player's skill/ability as well as age level roster openings.

HOW DO I REGISTER MY CHILD?
- Click on the link at the bottom of this page once registration opens.
- Payment can be submitted online at the time of registration with credit/debit card or by selecting “offline payment” and paying by cash or check. Payment must be received no later than 4/1/2012 in order to participate in the Spring season.
- ALL players must submit a copy of their birth certificate for the club to keep on file.
- TRAVEL players must submit a picture (approx. 1”x1”) to be used for their player pass.
