The Recreation Director of Coaching is responsible for:

• Analyzing programs and development of goals for the Recreation and Luminosity program.
• Train and support Recreation Coaches 
• Oversee player development and create curriculum and player development plans for Recreation players
• Provide guidance on team formations 
• Represent the Fusion F.C.  organization at functions, meetings and events, at the discretion of the Fusion F.C. Board of Directors.
• Provide on-site hours during practices as needed and on Saturday morning Recreation games.
