While players have been off the field the last few months, the Fusion F.C. Board of Directors has been implementing changes to enhance experiences for our members. One of these changes, was the hiring of Dominic “Dom” Francis who joins us as the Director of Recreational Development.

Within this position, Dom will work closely with both the Recreation Director and other Board members to run the day-to-day team and training operations for the Fusion F.C. Recreation Teams and the Futures Program.

Born in Huddersfield, England Dom came over to the United States to attend Genesee Community College before transferring the Slippery Rock University. Dom currently plays for the Harrisburg Heat and is involved in both the middle and high school girls’ soccer program with the East Pennsboro School District.
