This fall we will be doing our whoopie pie fundraiser through the Sweet Spot out of Lancaster again. We had a lot of participation last fall and we appreciate everyone's help this fall to make it just as successful! 

We have 6 different flavors for sale - Chocolate (Original), Chocolate Peanut Butter, Pumpkin, Red Velvet, Chocolate Chip and Snickerdoodle. Last year we sold just over 6,100 whoopie pies, so our goal this year is to sell 6,200. That is roughly 20 whoopie pies per player at the club to achieve our goal. 

Order forms will be handed out to coaches the week of September 5th and then distributed to players. An order form is also attached to this message if you wanted to print it off to get started earlier.

Order forms are due no later than Thursday 9/28/23. They can be turned in at the clubhouse during practice times or directly with your coach. Whoopie pies will be delivered the week of 10/16/23 and we will have more details on pick up as we get closer to that week.

We ask that for each order form filled out, the seller submit one check for the total. This will make it easier to collect and tally up the orders throughout the entire club. Thank you in advance for your help with this.
