1. Go to my.photoday.com
2. The passcode will be FSS25
***make sure to put the second S in there for Spring.
3. If you have already ordered from zimpics before - make sure to go to the upper right-hand corner and add gallery. Then you will be able to add this new code.
4. What does Subscribe mean? This will allow Photoday to send you text messages or emails - depending on how you sign up. These messages let you know when I start posting photos. You can opt out anytime.
I will be working on getting all the photos edited and uploaded as we take them. So, if you subscribed you will get notified when I post the team photos from May 5th. Unfortunately, this is the only way I can make sure that you add sibling photos in the same order. If you do not subscribe - my goal will be to have photos posted two to three days after the evening of your photo session.
Once photos are posted you should be able to find your player by a last name tag. If you don't see your players last name it means one of two things.
1. I don't have the photos edited and posted yet.
2. There was some confusion during the session. In that case I will tag them by their team color.
Next you will want to mark your favorite photos with a heart and then head to the shop.
There you can crop and select which photo you would like per item.
I always feel it is easier to navigate the website on a computer, so if you are having difficulty I always recommend trying that first. You can always send me an email if you run into any problems.
There have been some changes with USPS regarding the shipment of packages. I have watched tracking with my own mail sit at the post office for days and then show up a day later. If you haven't received your photos after 7 business days please let me know.
**Please check to make sure the crop is correct for each photo**
The lab will correct it if it is their mistake, but I have a harder time getting them to fix it if it was ordered that way. If you have any shipping damages, please send me a photo and I will get those corrected as well.
