Whoopie pies are back again this year! This is our largest club fundraiser all year and we will be doing our whoopie pie fundraiser through the Sweet Spot out of Lancaster. We had a lot of participation last fall and we appreciate everyone's help this fall to make it just as successful.

We have 6 different flavors for sale - Chocolate (Original), Chocolate Peanut Butter, Pumpkin, Red Velvet, Chocolate Chip and Snickerdoodle. Last year we sold over 5,500 whoopie pies, so this year we are hoping to stretch to 6,000 sold!

Order forms will be handed out next week at practices but in case you want to get started earlier, an order form is also attached to this message if you wanted to print it off to get started earlier.

All order forms are due no later than Friday 9/26/25. They can be turned in at the clubhouse during practice times (look for the red box in the clubhouse) or directly with your coach. Like last year, we will have two delivery dates - all travel teams will have a pick up date of 10/8/25 and all rec teams will have a pick up date of 10/15/25. We will send reminder notifications out as we get close to due dates.

We ask that for each order form filled out, the seller submit one check for the total. This will make it easier to collect and tally up the orders throughout the entire club. Thank you in advance for your help with this. 

Prizes awarded to the top seller among all travel teams and the top seller among all rec teams. Additionally, the top 3 selling teams will be awarded with a pizza party!!!
