We are seeking applicants for the following paid positions:

  • Director of Club Operations (previous Office Manager position)
  • Club Coordinator
  • Club Registrar
  • Facilities Coordinator
  • Concessions Coordinator
  • Tournament Director

 

Director of Club Operations

Director of Club Operations will oversee the daily operations of the club including but not limited to club promotion, website management, support of Board Members and Directors, and club communications. This position will be be responsible for supervising the Club Registrar and Club Coordinator.  This is an flexible, part-time, year-round position.  Must have required clearances, possess good customer service skills, be detail oriented, proficient in Microsoft Office, and able to attend monthly Board meetings.  This position will report to the Board of Directors with direct supervision by the President.  Weekly hours vary from in-season to off-season.

Club Coordinator

The Club Coordinator will assist with day to day operations of the club.  This position will require onsite hours the first week of recreational practice each season (4 days per Fall/Spring session) and 2 nights a week in season (2.5 hours per night approx 9 weeks per Fall/Spring session).  This position will also be required to assist with player check-in at travel tryouts and clinics.  This is a part-time, year-round position.  Must have required clearances, possess good customer service skills, be detail oriented. and be proficient in Microsoft Office.  This position will report to the Director of Club Operations. Weekly hours vary from in-season to off-season.

Club Registrar

The role of the Club Registrar is to supervise and be responsible for the proper registration of all players within a club.  This involves all elements of the registration process, including the building of registration links, the proper recording of individual details, registration with CPYSL & EPYSA, tracking of fines and fees. The Registrar is expected to have good planning and organization skills and should be able to communicate with a wide range of people.  One of the main duties of the Club Registrar involves developing and preparing team lists, which requires a sound understanding of CPYSL rules and regulations.  This is a flexible year-round contractor position who will report to the Director of Club Operations.  Weekly hours vary from in-season to off-season.

Facilities Coordinator

Facilities Coordinator will perform for various field maintenance tasks.  This position will require weekly onsite hours in season to assure fields are properly set up and ready for play, attend field set up and tear down days. This is a year-round contractor position. Must have required clearances, possess good customer service skills, be detail oriented, proficient in Microsoft Office.  This position will report to the VP of Facilities.  Weekly hours vary from in-season to off-season.

Concessions Coordinator

The Concession Coordinator will be responsible for the overall function of the concession stand, including, but not limited to, opening and closing of the concession stand, stocking, coordination and supervision of volunteers.  This position will require onsite hours each Saturday in-season to insure the concession stand is set up Saturday mornings by 8am and responsible for closing down the concession stand which includes proper tracking of cash.  This position will assist with special events and be responsible for cleaning at the open and close in both Fall and Spring season.  This position is a year-round contractor position and will report to the VP of Finance.

Tournament Director

The Tournament Director will be responsible for all aspects of the Club’s Tournaments.  This position will be responsible for leading and forming a committee to assist in planning and running events. This includes setting price and format, logistics, sales and marketing, coordinating fields and facilities necessary to run the events, coordination of volunteers, as well as developing a budget and maintaining costs in accordance with the budget.  This position is a flexible, year-round contractor position which is required to be on-site during tournament events and will report to the Club President.  Hours vary in accordance with tournament dates.
